How do I build endurance in the marketplace?
The lessons I learnt through my international experience as Global Executive, I imbibe the following 7 competencies:
1■■ Open-minded and flexible in thought and tactics
2■■ Cultural interest and sensitivity
3■■ Able to deal with complexity
4■■ Resilient, resourceful, optimistic and energetic
5■■ Honesty and integrity
6■■ Stable personal life
7■■ Value-added technical or business skills
I hope these 7 competencies would suffice, adding to my 7 key things /habits as posted previously to get to the lead and hold on to it.
